3.1. It is entirely at the Customer's discretion whether to purchase any of our Products. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the purchase of any Product is voluntary and that the decision to purchase does not confer any official status or government recognition on the Customer's business.

3.2. The Customer understands that the awards are for motivational and marketing purposes only, and EcoPrize Ltd does not guarantee any specific outcome or benefit from the purchase of these Products.

4.1. EcoPrize Ltd offers to publish brief details about selected businesses on our website at no cost to the Customer. This publication is part of our mission to promote sustainability and eco-friendliness and does not obligate the Customer to purchase any Product.

4.2. After the publication, EcoPrize Ltd may offer the Customer the option to purchase one or more of our Products. The Customer is under no obligation to make a purchase.

5.1. The Products offered by EcoPrize Ltd, including but not limited to certificates, trophies, and medals, are described on our website. The Customer is encouraged to review the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
